Surrey Newborn Photography – Baby M

Welcome to the world, Baby M! Four generations gathered today to have lunch and enjoy the photoshoot! I photographed Baby M’s parents’ wedding 4.5 years ago and now they are celebrating the birth of their first son. Many blessings to you and your family, Baby M!

So glad you are enjoying the images, Rebecca! I’ll include the messy ones in the collection just for fun! Take care!

Chilliwack Newborn Photography – Baby K

I spent a lovely afternoon with Baby K and her family recently. I had photographed her parents’ wedding 5 years ago and it’s been wonderful to watch this family grow. K was a dream to photograph and big brother was so cooperative and gentle during their photos together. Many blessings to you in the years to come. Thank you for letting me capture this moment in your lives!

Brackendale Eagles

I decided to travel up to Squamish/Brackendale last week to photograph some eagles — just for fun. The Sea to Sky Highway between Vancouver and Squamish is absolutely breath-taking and it reminds me every time why I live here. Vancouver has been under a blanket of fog for the last couple of weeks but once you hit the heights of West Vancouver, you break free into the most glorious winter sunshine. Ahhhh . . .

From the viewing shelter on the Squamish River in Brackendale, I spotted several bald eagles on the other side of the river. I realized, in talking to the locals, that these were local eagles. The wintering, migrating eagles have left along with the salmon run. Next year, I will venture out in November or December. However, I was very happy spending the day with the local eagles.

If you are ever in the area, have lunch or dinner at the Watershed Grill, right on the Squamish River. The staff and patrons are the friendliest ever, the view is spectacular and the food is awesome! Thanks to my friend, Sean, for finding this place!

Langley Newborn Photography – Baby S

7-day-old Baby S was so sweet and alert for her modelling debut! She spent so much time looking around, interested in what was going on during her shoot. Finally, sleep won over, allowing mom, Nona and I to dress Baby up in cute, fluffy, pink, girly stuff ’til our hearts were content! Welcome to the world, Baby S! You are a blessing to your family!

Crescent Beach Family Photography – Surrey, BC

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this family several times over the years and it’s been a thrill to watch the family expand and grow! I’ve photographed family and maternity sessions, all three children as newborns and now we’ve added grandparents! Thank you, family, for inviting me to document this very special stage of your family development!
